We recommend that the installation is performed by a certified marine electrician for a long, trouble free service life.

Not at all! When you plug a new network device such as a Display or a Sensor Pod into the Ethernet Switch, all of the other devices automatically find that new device and start transmitting sensor data immediately.
- If I change something on one display, will it show up on the others?
Yes, any changes you make will instantly be reflected on all other Displays.
- Can I access my yacht ’s network remotely?
Yes! If your yacht has an Internet connection, all you have to do is install the same SoftDisplay PC software on your remote PC at home or office.SoftDisplay will instantly connect to your yacht over the Internet and display the exact same screen being shown onboard.
- Does the remote Internet access cost anything ?
Remote internet access is not a web server or a service, but rather a direct connection between you and your yacht. There are no access fees required for this feature. Of course, you are responsible for paying any Internet connection charges from your yacht.
Sensors
- What kind of Tank Senders do you support?
Krill supports two types of tank senders. Any industry standard resistive tank senders made by vendors such as WEMA, VDO and Teleflex may be used. For situations where a new tank sender must be installed with no access to the top of the tank, Krill offers a pressure transducer that may be plumbed into a sight gauge at the bottom of the tank. Other proprietary systems including CompuTank, Tank Tender, Snake River, etc are not supported because of their proprietary nature.
